ALEXANDER COUNTY - The Alexander County Sheriff's Office released the sheriff's blotter of recent arrests on Monday.

Gary Lynn Harkey, 50, of Taylorsville was arrested November 1. He was charged with Assault on a child under 12. Bond was set at $5,000. The court date was set for November 14.

Sydney Elizabeth Combs, 17, of Taylorsville was arrested November 4. She was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $500. The court date was set for December 12.

Patrick Ryan Fox, 41, of Taylorsville was arrested November 4. He was charged with Breaking Entering and Larceny. Bond was set at $25,000. The court date was set for November 7.

John Allen Kennedy, 43, of Stony Point was arrested November 4. He was charged with Breaking Entering and Larceny. Bond was set at $25,000. The court date was set for November 7.

Mitchell Douglas Bowman, 21, of Taylorsville was arrested November 4. He was charged with Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. Bond was set at $500. The court date was set for December 12.

Ethan Cody Schroeder, 19, of Taylorsville was arrested November 4. He was charged with Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. Bond was set at $500. The court date was set for December 12.

Van Alexander Shannon, 59, of Taylorsville was arrested November 6. He was charged with Assault on an officer, Resisting arrest and Injury to Property. Bond was set at $3,000. The court date was set for December 12.

Bobby Eugene Ellis, 45, of Taylorsville was arrested November 7. He was charged with Altering a serial number and Obtain Property by a False Pretense. Bond was set at $500.00.  The court date was set for November 14.

Patrick Shawn Reese, 32, of Taylorsville was arrested November 7.  He was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  A written promise to appear was issued.  The court date was set for December 5.

Brian Christopher Fox, 28, of Taylorsville was arrested November 7. He was charged with Statutory Rape and Indecent Liberties with a minor. Bond was set at $100,000. The court date was set for November 7.

Crystal Lackey Matlock, 28, of Taylorsville was arrested November 8. She was charged with Conspiracy and Obtain Property by a False Pretense. Bond was set at $9,000. The court date was set for November 14.

Nelson Dwight Matlock, 31, of Taylorsville was arrested November 8. He was charged with Conspiracy. Bond was set at $9,000. The court date was set for November 14.
